Whether you want to broaden your knowledge and understanding, deepen your practice or explore new avenues of yoga? A private session will be tailored to your specific needs, with your goals in mind, taking into account your unique body and any previous injuries you may have.. Private sessions will help you to feel more comfortable in your own home, reducing your anxiety and without triggering external stressors.

Cancellation Policy

Please note that once you have booked a session, refunds and/or the opportunity to reschedule will not be offered if you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours notice. You can cancel or reschedule a session by emailing shanealanyoga@outlook.com
