Take control of your practice with a private session, and really give yourself time to connect.
Whether you're new to yoga or looking to take your practice further, private classes can help challenge and inspire you into integrating the practice into daily life.
Prior to your first session you'll discuss with Shane what it is you want to achieve and take from the sessions. Using that information sessions will then be planned with those goals and preferences in mind. Sessions are available face to face in your home.
Spaces for private sessions are limited and offered Tuesday, Thursday and Friday afternoons.
Individual Prices
Private 1-2-1 hour session: £40 per session
£180 block of 5 sessions.
Private group (2 people): £70 per couple
£310 Block of 5 sessions.
Terms and Conditions
Availability
Private sessions are available within certain time slots Tuesday, Thursday and Friday afternoons. No sessions are available Saturday, Sunday, Monday or Wednesday.
Payment and Refunds
After organising your session payment will be paid in full before the session takes place. After being sent the appropriate details, payment will need to be paid by the end that week, or 48 hours before the session, whichever comes first. The right is reserved to cancel the booking should payment not be made. Should you need to cancel your booking for any reason, a partial refund of 50% will be returned if the cancellation is given with more than 48 hours notice. No refund will be given for cancellations within 48 hours of the session. If you need to cancel due to emergency or illness, I will do my best to facilitate a change of date. No refunds will be given after the session.
Travel and Travel Costs
If your session will be taking place outside of a 10 mile radius, a travel cost will be added to your invoice. Please ensure there is an adequate space for parking at the location of the session, or advise where is best to park.
Harassment Policy
I reserve the right to cancel an upcoming session should there be any verbal abuse, sexual harassment or sexualised requests for the session. If I feel the need to cancel the session for the above reasons, no refund will be given. I reserve the right to leave the session should there be any physical threat, verbal or physical abuse or sexual harassment. Should I feel the need to terminate the session for any of the above reasons, no refund will be given and no further sessions will take place in the future.
Health and Safety
Your health and safety is paramount within the session, as is mine. Spaces will be adequate, with appropriate lighting. Open curtains/blinds where possible. No sessions will take place in bedrooms. No doors are to be locked or secured whilst the session is taking place, should I need to leave at any point. Sessions are completely holistic and non sexual in nature. On occasion sessions may be recorded so there is a record of what happened. Should any of these conditions not be met, I reserve the right to leave the location at any point, no refunds will be given. Whilst at the location, my live location will be shared with a trusted person as part of a 'Buddy System' to ensure I remain safe.
Location
Private sessions happen in your home to reduce costs. If you are unable to provide an adequate space within your home (see the health and safety policy above) and still wish to move forward with a private session, an appropriate studio space will be sourced with that cost being added to your invoice. Should you wish to use a studio space instead of a home visit, please state this in your initial enquiry.
