"Shane held a class for my 3 children via Zoom, all 3 are SEN and on the autistic spectrum so I wasn't convinced they would take part. Shane was AMAZING with them, he was kind, patient and held their attention for just over an hour which is incredible! 100% recommend Shane Alan Yoga for all ages!!"

I love how Shane is always looking for ways to make his classes unique, wether it is because of the theme of the class or the sequencing, there is always an element of surprise in the best possible way. If you are new to yoga you’ll find it very rewarding (and fun) and if you are a more experienced yogi it feels so refreshing! His down-to-earth teaching style combined with his love for the practice and a genuine desire to help others, makes you feel encouraged, inspired and motivated to keep striving. You couldn’t ask for more.

Shane's classes are truly an inspiring and creative piece of art. During his classes you feel so comfortable and at ease. His voice leads you perfectly through the sequence, giving you the opportunity to really feel the flow for yourself! Huge recommendation to join in!

I've been practicing with Shane for 6 months now and I can't recommend his classes enough. From the different yoga styles and themes he offers there's really something for everyone. Even though we have been via zoom I have always felt supported and guided through the class through screen. I look forward to live classes. Gorgeous heart felt classes given by a gorgeous soul that is Shane Alan. Go and treat yourself at SAYOGA!

Considering myself very un-bendy, I’d always thought of yoga as being a bit of an area best avoided for me, but my other half convinced me to give it a try, so a few weeks ago I started online classes with Shane.

Turned out I was wrong and yoga is amazing! It also helps that Shane very clearly knows what he is talking about and communicates it so well. He’s also very flexible (sorry!) within the class. If I’m having any issues or feeling I need something different, he will adapt and change it - even if it’s the whole lot he’d got planned for me!

In three weeks, I’m already visibly more flexible and always feel amazing and uplifted after every class

We tried Shane’s Hatha class this Monday, it was INCREDIBLE!

Very mindful and thorough warm up followed by an intense, quite challenging yoga flow/ workout (for me)

I’m a relatively a beginner in yoga, I’m recovering from shoulder and back injury, and I had zero problems during-or after the class!

I really enjoyed his style of teaching, the class had a very welcoming, laid back atmosphere which is very important to me!

Also, he shared an amazing Spotify playlist with us before the class, so we had the same chilled yogi vibes as well.

I really enjoyed Shane’s yin and yoga nidra class on-line. It was so relaxing and I loved his narrative throughout the class. Shane’s easy going and direct approach to yoga teaching is a breath of fresh air.

Cannot recommend Shane enough, the classes are set to your pace and constantly changing. The group classes are fun with great variety (check out class with a glass!) and I am loving my yoga journey with Shane.

Shane makes you feel super welcome without any judgement which makes for a really nice yoga environment. No matter if it's a active or a relaxing class with Shane I always feel better afterwards, Thanks for your great energy Shane!
