Built around a central theme, there will be a standing and floor sequence with plenty of time to explore the postures, discuss the theme and focus on ourselves.

Cancellation Policy

Please note that once you have booked an appointment with Shane Alan Yoga that time has gone into the planning of sessions. Refunds and/or the opportunity to reschedule will not be offered if you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours notice. You can cancel or reschedule a session by emailing shanealanyoga@outlook.com
